ORDER

            Counsel for OPs made statement that in case the amount of 11 installments of Rs.3292/- each i.e. Rs.36,218/- is paid within a period of four months, the OPs are ready to settle the claim and thereafter the CIBIL will be informed accordingly that the account has been settled. He further stated that the OP will also issue No Objection Certificate and in case the complainant fails to make the payment within the stipulated period of four months, in that eventuality, he will be liable to pay the full amount to the OPs. Counsel for complainant admitted statement of counsel for OPs to be correct. Such statement is placed on record.

            In view of such statements, the complainant is directed to make the payment of Rs.36,218/- within a period of four months from today to the OPs as full & final settlement of the claim and OPs will thereafter informed CIBIL that the account has been settled and will also issue No Objection Certificate to the complainant. It is further made clear that in case the complainant fails to make the payment within the period of four months, in that eventuality, he will be liable to pay the full amount to the OPs. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly.

            Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of charge. The file be consigned.
