                   The opponent No.1 placed on record account statement pertaining to the account of the complainant, showing it closed. Photocopy of the same may be supplied to the complainant, if he required it. On the another hand, the complainant suffered statement to withdraw the present complaint. In order to establish his identity, complainant has shown identity card issued by the Haryana Power Generation Corporation Ltd.  Photocopy of the same retained on record.  In view of the statement of the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. File be consigned to the records.
