     As per the statement made by Sh.Praveen Kumar Bhatia, Counsel for Complainant on 02.05.2023, the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and in view of the Settlement Loan Account letter dated 28.11.2022 Ex.“X”, he withdraws the present consumer complaint. In view of the statement of the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
