However, complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties, now nothing remains due against the OPs. Therefore, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
