ORDER:

                    File taken up today on the application of the complainant. Learned counsel of opposite parties no.2 and 3 made statement that the opposite parties are ready to pay the depreciated amount of Rs.14025/- of the mobile of the complainant, if he deposited the disputed mobile alongwith accessories with the opposite parties within 10 days. Thereafter, complainant made statement that the disputed mobile was already deposited with service centre of opposite party no.2 and copy of the job sheet in that regard has already been placed on the file and he would deposit the accessories with opposite party no.2 within 10 days, therefore, in view of statement of learned counsel of opposite parties, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statements of the complainant and learned counsel of opposite parties no.2 and 3 the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
