                        Today the case was fixed for compliance. Authorised representative for the Op No.2 has made a separate statement in which he states that he has tendered a cheque of Rs.2,97,869/- vide bearing No.000208 dated 10.09.2015 in compliance of order under execution application and stated that order under execution has been fully complied with.

Counsel for the complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque of Rs.2,97,869/- vide bearing No.000208 dated 10.09.2015 in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution applation being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statements, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
