Sh. Anil Sachdeva proprietor of op no.1 appeared in person. Power of attorney on behalf of op no.2 also filed. Written statement on behalf of op no.2 alongwith documents also filed. Complainant has suffered a statement that matter has been compromised with the ops and he has been satisfied, so he does not want to pursue further with the present complaint and withdraws the same. In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
