              Advocate for appellant filed a memo for withdrawal of the appeal and submits that the 1st respondent has closed down the operations of the entire showroom and his address also not known. As such the proceedings against the respondent cannot be fruitful. Hence, prays to dispose the appeal as withdrawn.      

In view of the memo, the appeal is dismissed, at the same time liberty is provided to initiate execution for compliance of the order. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
