                 Sh.Tinku Sharma, Area Service Manager of opposite parties No.1 & 2 and Sh.Nitish Sharma, owner of opposite party No.4 appeared. Sh.Saurabh Sharma, Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that due to certain technical defects, he withdrew the present complaint with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action.
