Present complainant in person and Sh. Mukesh Kumar, Retail head of OP-1 & OP-2 filed compromise dated 02.11.2017 which has been attested by this Forum. Complainant has received new shoes as well as an amount of Rs.2,000/- from the OP and stated that he is fully satisfied and no other grievances is left. Complainant has also stated that complaint be disposed off as settled.

In view of the statement of the complainant the complaint of the complainant is disposed off as settled. File be consigned to record room.
