No step is taken by the parties. Record shows that the Complainant was directed to file evidence as last chance but the Complainant has not complied with the order of this District Commission. The point to be noted is that the Complainant has not been taking steps in this case for long period. The case of the Complainant in short is that the Complainant is a citizen of India. The Complainant had invested his hard earned or saved money with the OPs in their various schemes. In spite of proper investment the OPs had denied to pay the matured amount. Several times this Complainant had approached the OPs but in vein. The Complainant had also made complaint with the OPs but every time they denied. The Complainant invested Rs. 10,000/- on 15.09.2012 vide Certificate No. 562000665627 and Hologram No. 992139058864 to the OPs but till date the OPs had continuously harassing the Complainant. The Complainant had faced lots of trouble and had approached the OP for proper redress but the OPs without any valid reason had denied. We peruse the materials on record. We find that the Complainant took no steps on 30.03.20, 29.07.20, 03.11.20, 13.01.21, 02.03.21, 03.05.21, 17.02.22, 10.05.22, 01.08.22, 22.01.22, 28.02.23, 18.05.23 and today i.e. 01.06.23. Moreover, considering the facts and circumstances of the case we are of the view that the instant case has no merit as the Complainant is not at all interested in the case and no evidence is adduced by the Complainant till today. In view of the matters discussed above we are of the view that the instant case is liable to be dismissed on merit. In the result, the instant case fails. Fees paid are correct. Hence, it is Ordered that the instant case bearing No. CC/153/2019 be and the same is dismissed on merit without costs against the OPs. Let plain copy of this order be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand /by post under proper acknowledgment as per rules, for information and necessary action.
