Today is fixed for hearing of argument. But no step is taken by the Complainant. The record shows that no step was taken by the Complainant on 22.04.20, 04.09.20, 27.11.20, 18.01.21, 19.02.21, 17.05.21, 25.10.21, 13.01.22, 06.04.22, 04.07.22, 26.09.22, 18.01.23, 03.05.23, 16.06.23, 22.08.23 and today i.e. on 29.08.23. The case of the Complainant, in short, is that the Complainant is a citizen of India. The Complainant had invested his hard earned or saved money with the OPs in their various schemes. In spite of proper investment the OPs had denied to pay the matured amount. Several times this Complainant had approached the OPs but in vein. The Complainant had also made complaint with the OPs but every time they denied. T The Complainant invested Rs. 20,000/- on 19.10.2012 vide Certificate No. 071044481501 and Hologram No. 0/861542009139 and Rs. 20,000/- on 17.10.12 vide Certificate No. 071042803500 and Hologram No. 0/861542009138 respectively to the OPs but till date the OPs had continuously harassing the Complainant. The Complainant had faced lots of trouble and had approached the OP for proper redress but the OPs without any valid reason had denied. P We peruse the materials on record. We find that the Complainant has not been taking steps in this case for long period.Moreover, considering the facts and circumstances of the case we are of the view that the instant case has no merit as the Complainant is not at all interested in the case and no evidence is adduced by the Complainant till today. The Complainant was directed to produce the original documents vide order No. 20 dt. 03.05.23 but in spite of that the Complainant has not produced the original documents till today. In view of the matters discussed above we are of the view that the instant case is liable to be dismissed on merit. Hence, it is ORDERED that the instant case No. CC/162/2019 is dismissed on merit against the OPs without any order as to costs. Let plain copy of this order be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand /by post under proper acknowledgment as per rules, for information and necessary action.
