27 | 17.07.23 | Today is fixed for final order. No step was taken by the Complainants on 14.07.23. The record shows that no step was taken by the Complainantson 30.03.20, 24.07.20, 15.10.20, 23.12.20, 15.02.21, 01.04.21, 14.07.21, 03.11.21, 20.01.22, 12.04.22, 05.07.22, 12.10.22, 27.01.23, 11.05.23, 14.07.23 and today i.e. 17.07.23. The case of the Complainants as per materials on record is that the Complainants alleged that they deposited Rs. 1,80,350/- with the OP, Sahara India Pariwar and on maturity they demanded the maturity value but the OP did not pay heed to their request. We peruse the materials on record. We find that the Complainants took no step on on 30.03.20, 24.07.20, 15.10.20, 23.12.20, 15.02.21, 01.04.21, 14.07.21, 03.11.21, 20.01.22, 12.04.22, 05.07.22, 12.10.22, 27.01.23, 11.05.23, 14.07.23 and today i.e. 17.07.23. Moreover, considering the facts and circumstances of the case we are of the view that the instant case has no merit as the Complainants are not at all interested in the case. In view of the matters discussed above we are of the view that the instant case is liable to be dismissed on merit. In the result, the Consumer case fails. Fees paid are correct. Hence, it is Ordered that the complaint Case No. CC/45/19 be and the same is dismissed on merit against the OPs. Let plain copy of this order be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand /by post under proper acknowledgment as per rules, for information and necessary action.
