The complainant is present by filing hajira through his Ld. Lawyer.  OPs are absent.

            Today is fixed for hearing argument.

            At this stage, the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant files a petition praying for dropping the case as he has received full payment by cheque from the OP with full satisfaction. 

            Perused the petition.  Considered.  Heard the complainant.

            The Ld. Lawyer for the complainant has submitted before the Forum that he has received full payment by cheque from the OP with full satisfaction and the case may be dropped with full satisfaction. 

            However, after hearing the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant and also after perusal of the petition as well as the original case record, the Forum is of the view that the instant case may be dropped with full satisfaction. 

            Hence, it is

            that the instant case be and the same is dropped with full satisfaction. 

            Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost forthwith.
