Ft. Manatosh Joshi Principal Don Boosco School by an affidavit stated that the Hon’ble Justice Asha Arora in W.P. 7984(W) OF 2009 has been pleased to dismiss the writ application. Also Hon’ble Court has been pleased to vacated interim order downloaded copy supported by affidavit shows that the case has also been dismissed.
