            This is an applicant for condoning the delay of 51 days in preferring the accompanying appeal. Mr. Jinna, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent has fairly submitted that he has no objection if the petition for condonation of delay is allowed.

            Considering the statements made in the petition in paragraphs 2 to 5, delay of 51 days in preferring the accompanying appeal is condoned.
