Case called out. Both the parties are present along with their Learned Counsels. Both the parties have filed compromise which is duly signed by both of them and identified by their Learned Counsels. According to the terms and conditions of the compromise, the opposite party has handed over a cheque bearing cheque no. “994156” of Rs. 5,00,000/- dated 06/05/2019 of Canara Bank, Branch Kamla Nagar, Agra to the complainant. Both the parties have made a prayer for disposal of the present case in terms of the compromise. The complainant has made an endorsement on the order sheet that, he has received the aforesaid cheque of Rs.5,00,000/-. Since, both the parties have settled their dispute amicably, therefore, there is no justification for further proceedings in this case. In view of the above, the present complaint is dismissed. Both the parties shall bear their own costs.
