ORDER

THIRU. S. PANDIAN,

    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to refund a sum of Rs.70,000/- with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and hardship and Rs.10,000/- as cost of the complaint.

Both parties represented through counsels and reported for amount of settlement.  Joint Memo for settlement is filed and recorded.   Hence the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, since settled between the parties.  No cost.
