Heard Proxy Counselon behalf of OP. Perused file. It is true that none has appeared on behalf of the complainant today i.e. 11.12.2018. Several calls have been given since morning. But none on behalf of the complainant has appeared. Moreover, written statement by OP has been filed on 31.05.2018 and the complainant has neither collected copy of written statement nor filed rejoinder & his affidavit in evidence.

It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing his case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of the complainant. Hence case is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above. File be consigned to record room.
