ORDER

     A certified copy of the order dated 26.05.2022 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh in MA/271/2022 in A/204/2019 has been received, which shows that an amounts of Rs.25,000/- and Rs.1,10,500/-, totaling Rs.1,35,500/-, were lying deposited with the State Commission in the shape of FDRs and the Secretary of State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh was directed to get the aforesaid FDRs liquidated and deposit an amount of Rs.1 Lac in the Consumer Legal Aid Fund Account and the remaining amount along with interest accrued on the FDRs, be released in favour of the complainant against proper receipt and identification.

     Today the learned counsel for complainant has made statement in the shape of endorsement, recorded on the previous order sheet, that the complainant has received the decretal amount and execution is satisfied and hence he withdraws the present execution as fully satisfied. In view of the statement of counsel for complainant, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
