It appears that claim raised by the complainant has been inflated to bring within the jurisdiction of this Commission. On account of that, we dispose of this complaint with liberty to the complainant to approach the District Forum by claiming reasonable compensation.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the complainant.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
