Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 14.09.2016. Complainant has not been appearing from last two consecutive dates of hearing i.e. 29.03.2022. and on 21.02.2023. On the last date of hearing i.e. 21.02.2023 last opportunity was granted to complainant to appear and address arguments. But today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
