ORDER

     Case taken up today for effective hearing as per notice placed on the official website & notice board of the Commission as 14.06.2021 was declared public holiday under the orders of Chandigarh Administration. Copy of the notice also placed on the file. Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh. 

     Office report seen. Heard. Complaint was received by post. The complaint has not been drafted in proper procedure and no complete sets of the paper book annexed. The contents are not supported by way of affidavit. Even the perusal of the complaint received does not disclose title i.e. name of the parties and their addresses. Hence, this complaint is filed. The complainant is left at liberty to file fresh complaint separately as per requirement and procedure, as permissible under the law.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
