2.            Lenovo India Ltd., Frens Icon, Level-2, Doddenakundi Village, Marathhalli, Outer Ring Road, Marathhalli Post, K.R.Puram, Hobli, Bangalore-560037.

                                                                                                 -  Opposite Parties

Sh.Varun Sharma, Advocate for Sh.Rajeev Anand, Advocate for OP No.2.

                                                            ORDER

1.                     The case was taken up today in the Lok Adalat.  Efforts made for reconciliation, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under :-

“Statement of Sh.Varun Sharma, Adv. for Sh.Rajeev Anand, Advocate for OP No.2.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP No.2 will provide new Printer as per the Scheme and also pay Rs.1000/- to the complainant within 15 days from today i.e. 28.5.2010.

 

Statement of Sh.Som Dutt Sharma f/o Gauri Sankhyan, s/o Sh.Ram Krishan, Complainant in person.

 

I accept the above statement given by counsel for OP No.2. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly.”  

   

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OP No.2 would provide new Printer as per the Scheme and also pay Rs.1000/- to the complainant within 15 days from today i.e. 28.5.2010.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
