ORDER

Perusal of the record shows that complainant was appeared lastly on 04.01.2019. Thereafter he did not appear on several consecutive dates prior to that also appearance of the Complainant was erratic. In fact, on 25.02.2022, complainant was telephonically informed about the matter but still he did not appear.  It seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter. Hence, the case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
