                   Sh. Amit Puri, on behalf of OP No. 1.

                   Sh. Manish Goel, on behalf of OP No. 2.

                   Sh. Manish Goel, who appeared on behalf of opposite party No. 2 made a statement that they will repair/fix the problem of A.C. of the complainant without any cost and shall also extended the warranty period of the same for 4½ months.

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly. He also demanded for litigation expenses.

                   In view of the statements made above, present complaint is hereby disposed of being compromised. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                    File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
