ORDER

                   Sh. N.S. Jagdeva, counsel for the OP -1 and Sh. Amit Puri, Assistant Manager office of OP-1 has appended the following note on the zimini order dated 28.12.2016:-

                   “OP-1 offer to give 4 tyres to the complainant under goodwill gesture for customer satisfaction and support within 15 days from day. OP-1 undertakes that OP-2 shall bear the cost of labour of suspension items only”.

                   Sh. Gurmeet Singh, complainant has appended the following note on the zimini order dated 28.12.2016:-

                   “I accept the offer and withdraw this complaint”.

                   In view of the aforesaid statements, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by their statements.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
