                    Ms. Anju Bansal, counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the first page of the application that she is withdrawing this execution application with liberty to file fresh, if need be.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh, if need be. Warrants/certificate, if any, sent in this case be recalled. 

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
