ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Mr. Avneesh Kumar Manager for JD has been authorized to settle the Execution Petition with the DH and handed over a cheque for an amount of                      Rs. 1,11,078/- to the DH as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the execution petition stands satisfied.
