Stated that I have received cheque No.470981 dt.23.1.10 for Rs.78794 from opposite parties as full and final settlement of my complaint regarding C.P.F.payment and my claim has been fully satisfied. I do not want to proceed with this complaint and I may be allow to withdraw the complaint as fully satisfied.
