Statement of Sh.Ajmer Singh son of Sh.Hari singh aged about 61 years Resident of H.No.22621,St.No.13,Bhagu Road,Bathinda,Retired Govt.employee,complainant on oath alongwith his counsel Sh.Bansi Lal Sachdeva,W.O. Stated that I have received cheque No.470981 dt.23.1.10 for Rs.78794 from opposite parties as full and final settlement of my complaint regarding C.P.F.payment and my claim has been fully satisfied. I do not want to proceed with this complaint and I may be allow to withdraw the complaint as fully satisfied. RO&AC Member Member, D.C.F. 25.1.10. 25.1.10 Present: Counsel for the complainant alongwith complainant in person. Sh.Vinod Garg,counsel for opposite parties.
