Perused file. Heard counsel for OP-3, who has submitted that matter has been settled. But it is true that none is appearing for complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 11.05.2016, 03.08.2016, 15.09.2016, 07.11.2016, 11.11.2016 & 09.12.2016 consecutively.

It appears that complainant is not interested in persuing his case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above.
