Perusal of the record shows that complainant was lastly appeared on 10.12.2020 wherein he filed additional documents and took time for arguing the matter on admission. Thereafter, he did not appear before this Commission. Matter is still at admission stage. It seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.
