                                 Vivek Versus flipkart etc.

Present:         Sh.Akhil Bhasin ,Advocate for complainant.

                      Dheeraj Sachdeva, Advocate for Op No.1.

                      Sh. Shekhar Kapoor, Advocate for Op No.3.

                      OP No.2 ex-parte.

                     

                     At this stage parties have settled their dispute amicably. Ld. Counsel for Op No.3 has made a statement that Op No.3 is ready to repair the mobile set in question within 15 days subject to deposit the mobile set at service Centre Kurukshetra. Complainant is satisfied with the same. Statements of learned counsel for complainant and ld. Counsel for Op No.3 recorded in this context. In view of the same, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
