Present:       Complainant in person with Shri Pankaj Kalra, Advocate.

                   Shri Shekar Kapoor, Advocate for the OP No.1.

                   Shri Atul Mittal, Advocate for the OP No.2.      

                   OP No.3 in person.

                                     

                   Complainant has made a statement that he has received a cheque of Rs.12,747/- from OP No.3. Therefore, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same. In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
