          The case is taken up for admission hearing through e-hearing. The complainant moves the admission matter.

         Heard. Perused the complaint and other documents filed through e-filing system. Considered. It appears from the tax invoice that address of the seller is at Mumbai, address of the shipping is at Paschim Medinipur and billing address is also at Paschim Medinipur. All the above mentioned address are out of the territorial jurisdiction of this Commission. This complaint cannot be admitted in view of Section 34 of the C.P. Act 2019.

Hence it is

ORDERED

That the C. Case 106/2023  be and the same is dismissed as not admitted.
