Complainant is asked as to how we have territorial jurisdiction to entertain this complaint. He states that Branch office of OP No. 1 is in Daryaganj but he did not have any kind of dealings with that office. When the complainant did not have any kind of dealing with OP No.1, mere situation of Branch office in the jurisdiction of this forum does not confer jurisdiction on this forum. The cause of action arose either in Gurgaon where phone was delivered to complainant or in Uttam Nagar where service Centre of OP’s is situated who did not repair his hand set. Complaint is therefore, returned to the complainant for presentation   to the forum having jurisdiction to entertain this complaint. And endorsement of date of presentation of complaint, amount of fee paid and date of return may be made on the complaint. Copy of this order be given to the complainant. File be consigned to the record room.
