This is a complaint filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the matter stood over to this case for consideration. After hearing the matter the Commission passed an order as follows:
This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite party alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint the case was posted for the production of the copy of the complaint and the documents which are to be sent to the opposite party. Since 25-7-23 this case was posted for the production of the copy of the complaint and the documents which are to be sent to the opposite parties. When the case came up for consideration today, it is noticed that the complainant was continuously absent since 25-1-23 and not produced the copy of the complaint and the documents which are to be sent to the opposite parties, inspite of giving sufficient opportunities for the same. In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint. In view of the above discussion we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed for default. In the result the complaint is dismissed. There will be no order as to cost.
