In this complaint, the case was fixed for evidence of the complainant on 25.09.2017 and thereafter case was adjourned for 06.11.2017 for evidence of the Complainant, but on that date evidence of the complainant was not available and case was adjourned for complainant evidence, subject to payment of cost of Rs.200/- and was adjourned for 18.12.2017 and then on that date cost was not deposited in legal aid fund nor any evidence led by the complainant and case was again adjourned for complainant evidence, subject to further cost Rs.200/- i.e. total cost Rs.400/-, for deposited in legal aid fund. Today neither the complainant himself nor his counsel present for leading evidence as well as for deposit of the cost of Rs.400/-. Case called several times since morning to evening at different intervals. It is going to 3.55. P.M and case was again taken up, but neither the complainant nor his counsel has appeared. Therefore, we have no alternative except to dismiss the complaint for want of deposit the cost of Rs.400/- as well as for appearance. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
