1. This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order
2. This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties. After accepting the notice, the opposite parties failed to appear before this commission. Hence on 06/11/2021, the opposite parties were called absent and set exparte. Since then the case was adjourned for proof affidavit of the complainant. As the complainant was continuously absent, notice was issued to the complainant to appear before this Commission today to further proceed with this complaint. The notice was returned with endorsement intimations served. As the complainant was continuously absent and not filed proof affidavit to further proceed with this complaint, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.
In the result, the complaint is dismissed as settled. There will be no order as to costs.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
