Present:     None for the complainant.

                  None for respondents No.2 & 3.

                              

                 This complaint has been called several times since morning but the complainant has failed to appear before this Forum either in person or through his counsel up to 3:50 PM. Further wait is unjustified In terms of order dated 4.12.2018 passed by this Forum, the complainant has also not filed correct address of respondent No.1, which shows that the complainant is no more willing to prosecute this complaint. The complaint is hereby dismissed on account of default in appearance by the complainant.  Record be consigned to the records.  However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action subject to the  period of limitation.
