2. Lenovo Center Tara Tele and Mobile, near Guru Hrkrishan Public School, Mugal Kanal, Karnal.

                   Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for opposite party no.1.

                   Shri Sachin Chhabra representative for opposite party no.2.

                   Opposite party no.3 exparte.

                  

ORDER:

                   Mr. Sachin Chhabra representative of opposite party no.2 made statement that the opposite party no.2 would replace the mobile of the complainant with new Lenovo 45 plus subject to depositing the old hand set alongwith accessories within 15 days of depositing the same.

                   Thereafter, the complainant also made statement that he would deposit the old handset and accessories with opposite party no.2 and in view of the statement on behalf of opposite party no.2 he does not want to pursue with the present complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statements of the complainant and representative of opposite party no.2 the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
