                   Learned counsel for op has suffered a statement that op is ready to pay an amount of Rs.3148/- being product value alongwith Rs.1500/- as litigation expenses to the complainant within 20 days. Complainant has also suffered a statement that said statement is acceptable to him and he does not want to further proceed with the present complaint and complaint may be disposed of as per statements. In view of the statements of learned counsel for op as well as complainant, the present complaint stands disposed of accordingly being compromised. The op shall pay the above said amount of Rs.3148/- being product value alongwith Rs.1500/- as litigation exepenses to the complainant within 60 days from today, failing which complainant will be entitled to receive the above said total amount from op alongwith interest @6% per annum from the date of this order till actual payment. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
