Statement of Ms.Ramneet Kaur, D/o Sh.Kulwinder Singh, Complainant in person recorded that that she withdraw the present complaint due to some technical defects in the present complaint with permission to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by the Complainant in Person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects. File be consigned to the record room.
