Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 06.03.2019. Complainant is not appearing since 12.11.2022. On the last date of hearing i.e. 29.03.2023 last opportunity was granted to complainant to address the arguments on the application of OP2 for dismissal of the complaint. However today also complainant is absent.  It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant.
