          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, this case has been taken up in Pre National Lok Adalat.  The learned counsel for OP has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that OP is ready to pay a lumpsum compensation of Rs.2,700/- to the complainant in full and final settlement. Amount will be paid within 45 days.  On the other hand, complainant has also suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that he has heard the abovesaid statement and agrees for the settlement today in pre National Lok Adalat. Therefore, he withdraws the present complaint. 

                    In view of the statements suffered by the complainant and learned counsel for the OP, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statement. Certified copy of this order passed in pre National Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
