Present:       Complainant in person.

                   Complainant suffered a statement that matter has been settled with the OPs and he received a cheque no.484329 dated 14.06.2023 amounting to  Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) as settlement from OPs. So, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied. He further stated that he handedover the shoes in question to the opposite parties.

                   Ld. Counsel for the opposite party also suffered a statement that they received the shoes in question from complainant.

          In view of the statement made by the complainant the matter has been settled between the parties. As such the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being settled and fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                             File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
