Present:       Sh.Harsh Bhargav Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh.Ankit Hooda Advocate for opposite party No.1 & 2.

                   Opposite party no.4 exparte.

                   Ld. Counsel for the opposite party No.3 made a statement that settlement has been effected with the complainant in Rs.29000/-. The alleged amount will be paid to the complainant within 45 days.  The complainant has to return the old handset and accessories to the company.

                   On the other hand, ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that in view of the above statement, he has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

                   In view of the statements made above, present complaint is hereby disposed of with direction to the complainant to hand over the mobile in question alongwith accessories to the O.P. No.3 and in turn O.P. No.3 is directed to pay Rs.29000/-(Rupees twenty nine thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days, failing which opposite party no.3 shall be liable to pay interest @9% p.a. from date of decision i.e. 16.03.2021. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
