Complainant is absent . from perusal of case record . even after paper publication on opps failed to appear in this case as per . publication of notice dt 22/08/2023 & the case is proceeding Ex -parte . Since 23/09/2023 &  from 01/11/2023 the case  is fixed for evidence of complainant but till today complainant has not adduced any evidence in this case which shows that complainant is not interested at all in this case .

                              Hence the case of complainant is dismissed due to take of any evidence .  Keep the record in the record room .
