            Sh.Gursimran Singh, complainant suffered statement that due to certain technical defects,  he wants to withdraw the present complaint with permission to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defect. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
