             Perused the case record and the documents filed by the complainant . On perusal of the documents it appears that their is violation of condition for counseling the bookings order for purchase of a convection over Besides it also appears no cause of action aroused with the Jurisdiction of the present Forum. Hence in view of above , This case is not a fit case. for admission , accordingly this case is dismissed.

      Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the  21^th  day of   November ’  2017.
